The purpose of this post. Is for WOMEN, to get together for some ME time. Where we can go and be with each other, without wondering if we will feel and look attractive enough. The time spent together will help build a strong bond.

OK, I completely agree that women SHOULD take a time out and something for them, and that doctors should develop a drug, to help ladies through this traumatic period, and the guys that skidaddle out of the relationship the moment the lady says she's pregnant don't really help the situation.

Men really SHOULD reinforce the fact that their LADY is still attractive to them, Women REALLY NEED to be told that they are attractive, and they need to be told over and over and over again.

To try and put it in perspective guys, put yourself in the situation that you have an exam coming up immanently. You have no idea what questions are going to be asked, or by whom, but the result of the exam is going to change your life PERMANENTLY it will also change how people see you in life. There is no passing grade, you HAVE to get 1005 correct or you fail. Make one wrong answer and everything comes crashing down around your ears.

I am SURE that if YOU had to go through THAT kind of ordeal, YOU would be in need of a TRUCKLOAD of TLC. Well THAT'S how the women feel, and to the ladies reading this, yes I know that this doesn't really do it justice, but it's as close as I can get, so PAX OK

I think that is a great idea. Its a good way to make friends, as well as having support from them. Even if its only for an hour or 2. Also tell your husband what you need from him. It can be something little, like hearing him tell you that he still finds you attractive and loves you. This will also give your libido the push it requires.

This much I can tell you. Once you starting hating your body for everything. Your self esteem will return along with your sexual feelings.

Some times you might not feel very attractive. Especially after the birth of your new born baby. Some women even suffer postpartum depression. This is the time you need to stop, and say. "I need something for me." Make the time to take care of your needs.

Maybe you can join a new mommy support group in your area. If there isn't one, maybe you can organize one. A small one, where you can all meet and offer support. Maybe you can even spend some time together. Go out for a dinner, or a movie, make it a New Mommy's Day out.

This can really help to boost your libido.
