Its nice to see the rise in popularity of sexual enhancing products for women. This is something that has been neglected with quite some time, leaving men with the burden of making up for this loss. I believe both men and women should put forth an extended effort to have the best sex possible.

This question is a no brainer if ever their was one. Ask yourself, does a breast implant (which consists mainly of silicone gel) contain ANYTHING that would impede the flow of the electrical fields inside a mammogram, the answer is a resounding NO.

Therefore, there is absolutely NOTHING that can or would prevent a lady from having a mammogram, except of course her own fear.

So come on Ladies set up an appointment with your doctor for your mammogram, you KNOW it's safe. Would your doctor be advising you to have one if it wasn't ?.

It's about time that the press in general were held accountable for every time they exaggerate items that are supposed to be newsworthy.

Saying that something "COULD" happen, does NOT mean that it "WILL" happen, and this should be stated after each such use of the word "COULD".

You "COULD" get run over crossing the road, this does not MEAN that you "WILL" get run over crossing the road.

You "COULD" get hit by lightening during a thunderstorm, this does NOT mean that you "WILL" get struck by lightening during a thunderstorm.

It's about time that the press actually put things into perspective, BEFORE they go shooting their collective mouths off.

The PUBLIC should also learn to exercise what is commonly known as "Common Sense", although of late "Common sense" is rapidly becoming one of the LEAST common of all senses.

Lets chat about this topic for a bit.

The cream is applied to the woman’s genital area, specifically the underside of the clitoral hood, allowing the active ingredients to directly stimulate the tissue surface.

Once applied, the cream improves blood flow and dilation of the blood vessels around the clitoris, greatly enhancing sensitivity and arousal. Although response time varies with each individual woman and with the specific product chosen, the effects tend to develop more rapidly with sexual stimulation through touching, rubbing, and licking in the clitoral area.

Are the effects noticeable immediately?

Yes, most products, especially Vigorelle, immediately increase sensations. Not only does the product work right away, but with continued use, a woman’s responses should become even more intense.

Would a women’s enhancement cream help?

Women naturally undergo many hormonal, physical and even attitudinal changes during their lifetimes that can affect sexual response. Good overall health and a concerted effort to reduce stress can be helpful, but adding enhancement creams to the sexual routine will provide a significant impact to any woman. Users of the Vigorelle cream brand of female enhancement cream report excellent restoration of youthful sexual intensity, and experiences that are new and exceptionally conducive to orgasm.

Are there any side effects with these products?

With high-quality products, the answer is no. You should check to see that the cream you’re choosing is 100% all natural with no propylene glycol or methyl paraben substances. Quality creams are safe and natural, and work through direct application to the skin. Since they are not pills or powders that must be ingested, there’s no incidence of gastrointestinal upset. On the other hand, it is always wise to sample products like this with a small dosage before using it on a larger scale. If no irritations develop during the test, you should be good to use the product as directed.

How do I know which product to try?

You can investigate the ingredients and the method of manufacture (look for safe, certified pharmaceutical-grade facilities). Also, you should go with a reputable company that’s been around a while and has a large number of satisfied customers.

Are female sexual enhancement creams expensive?

Prices vary by manufacturer. However, it’s good to keep in mind that you get what you pay for — and in this category of products, we’d advise shopping by criteria other than price alone. Companies that use only top-quality essential active ingredients obviously cost more to make, consequently have to charge more for their products.

How can I obtain these products and maintain my privacy?

Ordering online is a great way to discreetly get the product you want. Read the site carefully to find out how the manufacturer ships; if they don’t already ship in plain packaging that doesn’t reveal the contents, you may be able to request the service.

How about a guarantee?

You should insist on a guarantee, and make sure to read the fine print. Although all reputable companies offer them, not all companies that have them are reputable… Take extra time to read how the guarantee works, some products require a one year supply to be eligible for a refund, so shop carefully! If you have trouble finding a product you trust on your own, we recommend Vigorelle or Provestra, as it features a straight forward guarantee that you can have confidence in.

Remember its always best to consult with a doctor before trying this product or any product. You need to know what is safe, and what works best for you.

I am in complete agreement with Busty 1. Women should ALWAYS consult their OWN doctor FIRST, before undergoing ANY kind of surgery. There are several reasons for this:

First and MOST important being that your own doctor has your complete records and knows your entire medical history. Therefore he knows the risks you are susceptible to, and can help you avoid any complications.

I CANNOT STRESS TOO STRONGLY LADIES, this is your HEALTH we're talking about here. OK I know, I'm a guy, and some ladies are of the opinion that guys know nothing about female problems. WELL THIS GUY DOES ! ! ! ! ! !.

I have made an EXTENSIVE MEDICAL STUDY, for the express purpose of being able to HELP and advise ladies. I agree I am by no means an expert, however, I AM a darn sight MORE expert than MOST guys. And THIS guys advise is SEE YOUR OWN DOC FIRST.

You also need to state that women should consult with her doctor before proceeding with such a surgery. What you posted was obvious from an online source. Perhaps you should have also put where you got this information. I am sure women would be interested in seeing the site. This is a very big as well as a very important step not to be taken lightly.

I totally agree with Silver Tongue, there is always an element of risk with any surgical procedure, even having your tonsils out has a element of risk. The idea of course, is to reduce the risk to its absolute minimum, by going to the safest clinic, and having the safest doctor available.

This will ensure that any element of risk in minimized to the greatest extent, and the likelihood of you coming through the operation with the least amount of unpleasant aftereffects is maximized to the greatest extent.

Of course, the safest doctor, is frequently the most expensive doctor, but then again that's nothing new.

If I were you folks, I would take this study with the proverbial pinch of salt. Just about everything on the face of the planet has been linked to suicide at one time or another.

NO I am NOT detracting from the emotions that suicidal people have that can trigger there actions, but to say that breast implants have been linked to suicides is not only stupid, it is also tantamount to medical malpractice, if it is not IMMEDIATELY followed by a FULL AND COMPLETE explanation of that statement.

Suicidal people are extremely susceptible to these kinds of gross statements as it is without unqualified people shooting their collective mouths off.

There is always a risk with any surgical procedure now matter how minor it might be, even removing your tonsils has an element of risk to it, the questions you should ask yourself are, how MUCH risk is involved, and is that risk acceptable for the POSSIBLE results that COULD be achieved, have you reduced the risk by examining EVERY facet of the procedure, and the person performing it. WHEN, and ONLY WHEN, the answer to BOTH of these questions, is a FIRM YES, is it safe to proceed to the next stage.

When researching ANY medial treatment, be it medicinal, or procedural treatment, MY advice, is NEVER take one side or the other's word for what the treatment does, or does not do.

You should ALWAYS look for an INDEPENDENT study, that way, you are as sure as possible to receive an unbiased report upon which to base your choice.

After all folks we're talking about a VERY sensitive area of your health here, if you are experiencing problems, for whatever reason, you sure as hell don't want to make things worse than they already are.

So BEFORE you read ANY report, make damn sure that it's an INDEPENDENT report. Otherwise any conclusions it reaches even if they are truthful, are tainted with a bias either for or against the treatment, and therefore are subject to a great deal of skepticism, and mistrust.

It is completely plausible to undergo a mammogram after having a breast augmentation. The suggestion is to have a pre-operative mammogram as well as another mammogram 6 months after the procedure has been completed in order to create a baseline to follow by. However, caution should be made as it is possible to rupture the implant from the mammogram. The squeezing during the procedure may cause the implant to rupture.

Even afterwards, excessive c-rays can slowly tear down the shell that surrounds the implant. Always make sure that you inform the technician that you have breast implants. It is also important to note that there are clinics across the country whose technicians have been certified to work with breast implants and you should choose one of these centers for safety reasons.

There are many issues associated with implants and the mammogram. For starter, the mammogram cannot see clearly through the implant and therefore multiple images may need to be made so that a clear image can be seen. On top of this fact, there is also another issue associated with the implants themselves. Over time, breast implants can slowly build up calcium deposits. These calcium deposits can be interpreted as a cancerous growth even when there is not one. This further leads to biopsies and further surgery to check for the growth as well as removal of the implant itself.

Remember that care must always be taken and that informing the technician of your implants is an important precaution as we don't need the stress of being told that we may have cancer when it is actually a false positive. This becomes an emotional issue that no one wants to come to terms with, especially not if it is a false positive.

The above resources will provide you with must have information if you are serious about undergoing a surgery procedure in the near future.

Flip through any women’s magazine and you are sure to find advertisements hawking pills to enlarge women’s breasts. But do these pills actually work? Probably not, says the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Not only are breast enhancement pills unproven, they could be dangerous, according to a study published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery® (PRS), the official medical journal of the ASPS. "There are upward of 30 different herbal products advertised widely on television, in magazines and on the Internet alleging to enhance the size of women’s breasts; however, there have been no scientifically sound clinical trials proving they work," said Thomas Lawrence, MD, Chair of the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation (PSEF) Device and Technique Assessment Committee.

Breast enhancement pills have become a lucrative industry in recent years due to their "guaranteed" safety and low cost compared to breast augmentation; however, these pills are sold as herbal supplements and are not subject to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s scrutiny for safety and effectiveness. Although manufacturers claim to have studies that prove their products work, the majority of the data is derived from historical anecdotes and isolated, limited studies, according to PRS. While these pills promise an easy and inexpensive way to have larger breasts, many women may be placing their health in danger, the study states. "It’s what we don’t know about these pills that scares many physicians," said Dr. Lawrence. "The primary active ingredients found in these supplements can be dangerous when mixed with other medications. Because many women who want bigger breasts self-prescribe these pills, they may be placing themselves in harms way without even knowing it."

According to the study, many breast enhancement pills contain one or more ingredients that can directly interfere with prescribed medications. For example, chaste-tree berry, which has been used to treat female reproductive problems since ancient times in Greece, contains active ingredients that may interfere with birth control pills. Black cohosh may increase the toxicity of anticancer drugs. Fenugreek contains elements that can interfere with medications designed to stop blood clotting and regulate diabetes. In addition, the primary ingredients of don quai, which have been used in China for more than 2,000 years to treat and relieve menstrual symptoms, are known carcinogens. Other popular ingredients in breast enhancement pills include saw palmetto, damiana, blessed thistle, dandelion, wild yam, kava and fennel.

"Despite the lack of data, many women are enticed by these products because they appear to be an easy way to get larger breasts; however, the only way women can increase their breast size substantially is through breast augmentation," said Dr. Lawrence. "There is always the chance that herbal methods may have some sort of positive effect, but anyone living with a health condition or taking medications should be careful of the potential negative side effects."

More than 254,000 women had breast augmentation in 2003, making it the second most popular cosmetic plastic surgery procedure for women, according to the ASPS. Since 2000, the procedure has grown in popularity by 20 percent.

Breast implant procedures can be performed on an outpatient (not hospitalized) basis or at a hospital. Breast implant surgery can be done under local anesthesia, or under general anesthesia.

Breast implant surgery can last from one to several hours depending on whether the implant is inserted behind or in front of the chest muscle, and whether surgery is performed on one or both breasts. Prior to surgery, the doctor should discuss with you the extent of surgery, the estimated time it will take, and the choice of drugs for pain and nausea.

Postoperative Recovery

The doctor should describe to you the usual postoperative recovery process, the possible complications that can arise, and the expected recovery period. Following the operation, as with any surgery, some pain, swelling, bruising, and tenderness can be expected, but they should disappear with time.

Medications for pain and nausea can be prescribed. Some women may experience fever, bleeding or other symptoms of infection; these should be reported immediately to the doctor. Patients should be instructed about wound healing and appropriate wound care.

If the surgery is done in a hospital, the length of the hospital stay will vary according to the type of surgery, the development of any postoperative complications, your general health, and the type of coverage your insurance provides.

By Maggie Fox, Health and Science Editor

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Women who get cosmetic breast implants are nearly three times as likely to commit suicide as other women, U.S. researchers reported on Wednesday.

The study, published in the Annals of Plastic Surgery, reinforces several others that have shown women who have breast enlargements have higher suicide risks.

Loren Lipworth of the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Tennessee and colleagues followed up on 3,527 Swedish women who had cosmetic breast implant surgery between 1965 and 1993. They looked at death certificates to analyze causes of death among women with breast implants.

Only 24 of the women had committed suicide after an average of 19 years, but this worked out to triple the risk compared to the average population, they reported. Doctors who perform cosmetic breast surgery may want to monitor patients closely or screen them for suicide risk, Lipworth said.

"The increased risk of suicide was not apparent until 10 years after implantation," the researchers wrote.

Lipworth said she believes that some women who get implants may have psychiatric problems to start with, perhaps linked with lower self-esteem or body image disorders.

"I think we don't even know how big of a problem it is because we cannot even pinpoint what proportion of women have psychiatric disorders," Lipworth said in a telephone interview.

"There could be a whole lot of different disorders."

Women with breast implants also had a tripled risk of death from alcohol and drug use.

"Thus, at least 38 deaths (22 percent of all deaths) in this implant cohort were associated with suicide, psychological disorders and/or drug and alcohol abuse/dependence," the researchers wrote.

This is a controversial question, but implant manufacturers have done research showing that local complications, including pain, rupture, and the need for additional surgery, are very common within the first three years. The need for additional surgery is especially high for mastectomy patients who underwent reconstruction. Within 10-12 years, most women will have at least one broken implant, although women with silicone gel implants don’t always realize it. Research by scientists at the National Cancer Institute found that women with breast implants for at least seven years are more likely to die from brain cancer, lung cancer, or suicide, compared to other plastic surgery patients of the same age. There are also concerns that breast implants may be associated with other health risks such as autoimmune diseases; unfortunately little research on long-term risks has been done. In addition, breast implants can interfere with cancer detection, as implants can obscure the mammography image of a tumor. Mammogram machinery can also rupture an implant.

Debate swirls over the risks of breast implants, and women considering implants are justifiably confused by the conflicting information available. We’ve posted several articles, including a History of the FDA and Breast Implants, Silicone Breast Implants: No Safety Data Mean No Real Choices, the testimony of the American College of Women’s Health Physicians at the 2005 FDA hearings on silicone implants, and a letter to the FDA from several women's groups about recent research findings that increase concerns about the safety of silicone implants.

Breast cancer patients often face difficult decisions about breast reconstruction without the information they need to be fully informed. A 2006 report, Decisions in the Dark: The FDA, Breast Cancer Survivors, and Silicone Implants (.pdf), summarizes research by implant makers, government scientists, and university faculty to determine what is known about short-term and long-term risks for breast cancer survivors and for women who may get breast cancer in the future.

Female libido enhancement and womens sexuality in general was a little bit ignored compared to male impotence problems until now. However, female sexual enhancement as a subject, is gaining more popularity every day.

For many women they face the problems of sexual activity when they grow older. There will be various factors affecting it. It could be medical reasons as well as psychological reasons as well. Herbs are considered to be the best libido enhancing elements. They are natural as well as completely harmless. There are also other hormones that will help improve the condition of the libido.

Many women as they grow older find that they cannot perform sexually well, and they have been ignored for a long time. It has always been the men who have had the attention to treat their sexual disorders. Menopause, depression, stress and change in hormonal levels will be the causes of the libido level changing in a womans body.

The enhancement of the libido in women will include a lot of blood flow to the clitoris, and will also enlarge it. Not only that, but it will help with the orgasms and one is most likely to have multiple orgasms with the help of enhancers. While the drop in libido means decrease in interest in sex, there will be a greater increase when the sex pills are taken for this disorder.

The entire productivity system will be strengthened when these female libido enhancers are used. There are several medications that are sold for this disorder and they are available at very reasonable prices. They not only help increase the sexual interest, there will be all the benefits required that are related to sex. This disorder is a big concern for women, because they will be unable to perform sexually as they grow older.

Healthy sexual thoughts are induced with the help of the female libido enhancement drugs, and so is the lubrication and stamina that is required during sexual activity. There are various factors that will cause this disorder with women and the leading ones are medical as well as psychological factors. Most women with highly stressful surroundings and situations will face this problem.

If there are any alterations in the blood flow with the genital areas, then there is most likely a chance to get this disorder. This could be caused by diabetes, hypertension or even cholesterol. If one has gone through surgeries around the pelvic region and other surgeries are also most likely to suffer from this disorder.Several diseases cause nerve damage, and this will also play a role in causing low libido levels in women.

The sexual enhancement industry is now offering plenty of female sex pills and aphrodisiacs especially trough the internet. Some of them are designed not only to increase female libido level, but also for an intensified overall experience during the sexual intercourse.

Problems within a relationship may also have non-sexual causes: worries about finance, children, problems at work - these difficulties need to be worked out before any sexual problems can be dealt with. Some partners have non-complementary libidos - she 'wants it' all the time, he wants it occasionally - or vice versa. Some partners place unachievable expectations on the other partner to done quickly, to enjoy every position, to 'lie there and take it', to do it at any hour, to do it better. As is the case with men, lack of desire in women can be of either physical or psychological origin.

Possible physical causes in females include:
Anemia
Alcoholism and drug abuse.
Generalized disorders, such as diabetes.
Hyperprolactinaemia - a disorder in which the pituitary gland is overactive.
Hormone changes with the menstrual cycle, pregnancy - menopause
Vaginismus
Vaginal dryness (difficulties triggering natural lubrication during sex)
Cystitis (infection of the bladder and urethra.).
Inability to relax vaginal muscles enough to allow intercourse.
Inadequate vaginal lubrication preceding and during intercourse.
Inability to attain orgasm.
Burning pain on the vulva or in the vagina with contact to those areas

Psychological causes include:
Depression.
Stress and anxiety.
Hang-ups from childhood.
Past sexual abuse or rape.
Latent lesbianism.
Serious problems with the husband/partner.
Not having enough time to relax
A partner who is unwilling or does not like sex
A partner who is suffering from impotence or Premature Ejaculation
Unresponsiveness( lack of interest in sex)

Viagra (sildenafil), approved by the FDA in 1998, has been the most popular medicine for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Viagra works very well in dilating blood vessels in the genital region leading to an erection in men, however it does little to directly increase female libido or sexual arousal. New studies in women show Viagra not to be effective. Side effects of Viagra include headache, flushes, nasal congestion or runny nose, malaise, nausea, changes in blood pressure, irregular heart beats, visual disturbances including rare cases of blindness, and chest pain. Viagra may cause stickiness of blood platelets. Most of my women patients find natural libido boosters quite effective and preferable to pharmaceutical drugs.

Men have had access to Viagra and natural sexual enhancer's for years. But a higher proportion of women than men report lack of sexual interest, arousal and satisfaction -- yet ironically, it's women who have even more potential for increasing satisfaction and achieving multiple climax. That's why we developed Provestra Libido Enhancer. Now every woman can get support for her sexual potential.

Face it, today's lifestyle is tough. Add that to ongoing hormonal changes, and it's no wonder so many women find their sex life at the bottom of their priority list.

Yet, it's MEN's sexual health that first took the pharmaceutical spotlight. Now at last, women get their due with Femm' reve Libido Enhancer… and there's much more to it than great sex!

Low libido is a common problem faced by women and is one of the most popular topic of discussion among women. This problem affects the women of almost all ages. A variety of physical, mental and emotional aspects of a women's life accounts for decrease in the sexual drive and satisfaction level. Certain research reveals that over 40% of women suffer from low libido or lack of sexual desire at some or the other point of their lives. Some common factors responsible for this change include stress, personal relationship issues, and lifestyle and career choices, physical changes occurring during pregnancy, menopause and use of certain anti-depressant therapeutics. Low libido is marked by a feeling that the sexual desires are less active.

Pre-menopause and menopause stage are the specific times when a women is likely to experience a fall in the sexual desire and start looking for better options to improve the libido.

Causes of Low Libido

There are various causes of decreased female libido, but they are poorly determined. Several components, that require physical and psychological stimulation, hinders with the sexual response cycle. Some of the most common causes are listed below -

    * Alcohol addiction
* Anxiety, Depression, stress and Fatigue
* Emotional problems and distraction
* Illness or lack of physical fitness
* Negative body perception
* Hormonal changes
* Change in vaginal tissues and lubrication
* Lack of proper sleep and hot flashes
* Change in sexual expectations

Hormonal changes occurring during pregnancy and menopause stage are considered to be main causes for low sex drive. Decrease in estrogen level often results in thinning of vaginal mucosa, reducing the vaginal secretion that moisten, lubricate and protects the sensitive tissues. Fall in progesterone level can affect the sexual desire and menopausal symptoms like hot flashes. Hormonal testing is often used to determine the hormonal imbalance and amount of supplementation required.

FemElle focuses on increasing the sexual desire that a woman experiences and enhancing her ability to orgasm. To begin, many relationships suffer because of an incompatibility between a man's sex drive and the female sex drive. In fact, many women wish that they wanted sex more but they just physically do not have the urge to have sex often. Furthermore, when they do have sex they have a hard time achieving orgasms or some women don't have orgasms at all. The ironic part of this whole predicament is that physically women are more sexual beings. Research shows that a woman has more powerful and pleasurable orgasms than a man could ever dream of and that all women under the right circumstances are capable of achieving multiple orgasms. FemElle is the secret that can help you increase your libido, sex drive and also assist you in achieving powerful, multiple orgasms on a consistent basis.

Further to my previous post.

No matter what has occurred during the day, the bedroom should be a haven of tranquility, there is a VERY important credo that my partner and I live by. "NEVER go to bed on an argument". What ever your differences of opinion have been during the day, leave them OUTSIDE the bedroom. Either resolve them, (this is by far the best arrangement) or mutually decide to leave them alone until morning, if you choose this option, then LEAVE THEM ALONE, do NOT, repeat DO NOT, bring them up again until you wake up in the morning, and NO ladies this does NOT mean waking your partner up at 12:01 AM and starting the argument all over again. This kind of action is NOT designed to have an amicable resolution to the argument. IF indeed it has a resolution at all.

The best way to resolve an argument amicably is to wait until BOTH parties are fully awake, and able to sit down and talk about it rationally, rather than having a screaming match. And Ladies not getting things ALL your own way does NOT mean that you have lost the argument. Sometimes it is best to come to a compromise with your partner. Meet him/her half way so-to-speak.

Another word to the wise here, Browbeating your partner into submission is NOT conducive to having a happy partner in ANY relationship, this is equally true for BOTH partners.

The wise old phrase "You catch far more flies with honey than vinegar" has more than a ring of truth behind it. You tend to achieve your desires far more easily with kindness than sourness.

Give it a try sometime you MIGHT be surprised at your partners reaction.

Good luck folks
