Proven Ancient Techniques for Male Enhancement

Kegel Exercises – These exercises strengthen the pubococcygeus muscle. Although this won’t increase size, it will increase stamina. The muscle can be pinpointed by stopping a flow of urine. Regular repetitions including flexing the muscle and holding for seconds will eventually result in prolonged erections. Women can also use Kegel exercises to strengthen vaginal muscles and increase orgasm intensity.
